OSCAR (Online Services Catalog and Application Repository) uses high performance, scalable, messaging middleware instead of ODBC driver software. It generates C code to wrap existing COBOL code. This C wrapper links to the C Server code (also generated), so your applications can leverage a great deal of existing business logic.
