Interex is
taking registration for its next 3000 conference
It was once
called IPROF, and the MPE Programmers Forum, but now the early
springtime show only for HP 3000s has been dubbed The HP 3000
Solutions Symposium, and registration is underway at the Interex HP
user group Web site (www.interex.o
rg/conference/hp3000solutions). The conference runs from
Wednesday through Saturday February 9 through 12 in San Jose at the
Wyndham Hotel. Interex was just posting details on the site as we
were headed to the mailbox with this issue, but promised tutorials
and labs like a programming boot camp, and sessions on patch
management, using the GNU C++ compiler to help get 3000 apps on the
Web and interaction with CSY engineers. The show looks to have taken
a sharp turn toward training for the HP 3000, a welcome shift that
will feature tutorials and labs. Attendance costs $595 if you
register by January 17. This meeting produces some of the most
focused 3000 discussion of the year. Well see you there. |
