Lund Performance Solutions (541.812.7600) announced it began beta testing of a new version of its SOS tool for HP e3000s, one that reports on database performance for TurboIMAGE. SOS/3000 Performance Advisor with ImageStats is the newest version, and it includes new screens dedicated exclusively to TurboIMAGE database statistics. Users of the performance product will be able to gauge how many intrinsics calls are being made, with the following details for those calls: average elapsed time, average CPU time, and the average success rate. ImageStats will be provided free to supported users of SOS/3000 Performance Advisor, and is expected to be available for general release this summer. ImageStats will also be available as a stand-alone product.
