The US court postponed sentancing on one Hardwarehouse defendant

The scheduled sentancing date for convicted hardware broker Richard Adamson was postponed from August 18 to October, as probation offers asked the court to roll back the date when Federal judge Garland Burrell will pass sentence on the man convicted of eight counts of wire fraud and one count of money laundering. Twenty-three other counts of honest services wire fraud — the instances where Adamson allegedly bribed HP employees Deborah Balon and Marc Loriau — resulted in a hung jury. Burrell will also pass sentence on Balon, Loriau and Adamson’s brother John at a hearing in October. All three cooperated with the government in getting Richard Adamson convicted.
