Third-party 3000 support alternative Terix Computer signed an exclusive six-month contact with GCG Data in the first week of December, tying the in-field support force of IBM Global Services to the HP 3000 experience at GCG, with Terix as the focal point. GCG will be supporting HP 3000 sites who sign up for third-party 3000 support, tapping the expertise of former HP 3000 distributor Client Systems engineer Chris Gauthier and others from the 3000 hardware community.
