user group training in November

conferences, having announced a Nov. 6 date for its Technology

groups traditional venue of the Southwest Hilton, the meeting
will include tracks on MPE, HP-UX and Linux, and technology in
general. A vendor exhibit area is part of the meeting, and MPE
Forum chairman Paul Edwards will deliver his comprehensive seminar on
getting ready for homesteading a talk delivered at the Interex
Solutions Symposiums this spring, but missing from this years
HP World lineup of sessions. Platinum migration partners MB Foster,
Lund and Speedware will give presentations, and the keynote speaker
is Chris Wong, author of the HP-UX Security Book and president of the
NOWRUG users group. For more details on the $50 one-day conference
